Fish "en papillote" with thyme and garlic: 30 minutes

Hurry! Hurry!
The other evening, my kid finished his swimming classes and on his way home he phoned me and told me: "Mom, please remember 3 words: I am starving!" Major alert :) My kid likes good food, so he will not settle with an emergency sandwich... I heated the oven and prepared fish with thyme and garlic. Meanwhile I made a green salad and boiled some rice. Delicious, very fast and easy. One happy kid in the end :)

2 white fish file + 2 small fresh thyme branches + 6-8 garlic cloves, not peeled + a little olive oil + a little vegetable soup + Fleur de sel de Guerrande cu alge.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare 2 pieces of  ovenproof baking paper, big enough to contain the fish. Put the each fish file in the middle of the one paper, a branch of thyme over it, 3-4 garlic cloves, unpeeled, spread a little fleur de sel on top, a bit of olive oil and 3-4 tablespoons of soup.
Fold tightly the baking ovenproof paper, as if you were containing a candy. The fish has to be securely contained inside.
20 minutes in the oven.
Ready! Delicious, fast & healthy! Just the way we love it <3
